Let’s be honest.

Most New Year’s resolutions are just other people’s systems dressed up as self-improvement. And the whole “quantum leap” thing? Half the time that’s just forcing action because you think you should be further along by now.

This is not that.

This isn’t a resolution, a plan, or a strict method. It’s more like checking your bearings before you start walking again and realizing the reason things felt off wasn’t effort, it was direction.

We’re calling it a runway because you don’t leap. You orient. You decide where you’re standing and which direction actually makes sense for you.  Then you move the way you were always intended to.  Not the way I tell you to.

This also isn’t a “pick your goals because you’re so worthy, honey” moment. You already know you’re capable. That’s not the issue. This is about energy. How yours actually works, how you recognize it, and how you stop trying to operate it using someone else’s instructions.

We’ll look at your energy in a practical way — how you know it’s yours, how it moves when it’s clear, and what changes when you stop forcing it. There will be some guided orientation around 2026, not pushing anything forward, just noticing what’s already there.

There will also be a little writing. Think sketching, not drafting a final manifesto. Just enough to get what you’re sensing out of your head and onto paper so it has shape. You can sit, stand, journal, or just listen. There is no correct posture for clarity.

To be clear, this is not goal setting, productivity coaching, or a four-hour workshop that drains your will to live. You don't have time for that - but this claims time for you to set the pace for 2026. It will help you to understand how your energy works so you can stop fighting it.
